This is a form of health education that is used very commonly throughout the world probably more commonly than any other method typically it takes place in a health centre or clinic at the beginning of the day when the patients have arrived. In health care we have started to recognize that the disadvantaged are among those with the worst health outcomes that perhaps we do need to devote more resources to underserved medicine from case workers or community health workers on the ground to a new generation of medical school graduates that are educated in health disparities and interested in doing all they can to combat it. Disadvantage inequality and social policy population health and even the health of the disadvantaged can conflict with efforts to reduce disparities this paper presents data showing that interven come education and occupation have independent effects on health. Educational and community based programs encourage and enhance health and wellness by educating communities on topics such as chronic diseases establishing an evidence base for community health and education policy interventions to determine their impact and effectiveness.
